    • Brown County’s “pollinator lady” Debbie Kelley says we are seeing drastic drops in the numbers of insects that pollinate our food crops, so Brown County Pollinators is trying to restore 100 acres of pollinator habitat per year. There’s a local Pollinator Day Camp for kids coming up June 24-26.
    • Check please! Essayist Jeff Tryon observes rising prices on restaurant menus yet pleads with the Nashville community to support our local eateries, especially when the tourists are not.
    • IU Health Nashville health coach Brittanie Lee and nurse practitioner Nina Kuhlman report on the symptoms and solutions for Alpha-gal Syndrome, which is on the rise in Brown County, and how to avoid getting it in the first place.
    • Humorist Deb Bowden spins a tale of a Brown County June wedding and a wedding gift that was not appreciated.
    • Jim Eagleman educates us on the wren, a regular on the Brown County bird scene – especially the Carolina wren.
    • Debbie Kelley from the Brown County Weekend Backpacks nutrition program invites your kids to a free touch-a-truck event on June 28 at the Brown County Music Center.
    • Dave Seastrom is so “hip” that he is celebrating the fifth anniversary of getting a new one.
